PRACTICAL SKILLS TRAINING

Time Management Training

Where does all my time go?

When we speak with Managers, this is often the number 1 issue that they face. They have no time left to do the things that are important. They don’t understand where all their time is going and why they have so little time over.

In our day-long workshop, we explore effective data collection methods so you can understand where you time is going. We examine the contribution activities have to your day and the time that it takes up.

Lastly, we look at where you are using your time most effectively and where you are using your time least effectively.

Once we understand the problem, we can begin to work with you to create solutions that will work for you and give you better control of your time.
