IMMERSIVE, INTERACTIVE TRAINING

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

The Yellow Belt course is designed for delegates who have never heard of or experienced Lean Six Sigma and are interested in learning more.

It is expected that delegates trained to the Yellow Belt level have an awareness of most of the tools and techniques and a good understanding of what Lean Six Sigma is all about.

Perfect for all staff – providing them with a basic knowledge of improvement techniques enables them to help create a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

PRACTICAL SKILLS TRAINING

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Typically, a Yellow Belt is not someone who runs a process improvement project – but they are definitely someone who would contribute to one.

Given that could be anyone – it makes sense to have as many people in your organisation trained up to a Yellow Belt standard. So that when continuous improvement projects are happening – nearly everyone in the organisation is making a meaningful contribution to that plan.

This is one of the ways in which a culture of continuous improvement is created. We have helped organisations deliver in-house Yellow Belt courses to thousands of colleagues – to help achieve a cultural change.
