Root Cause Analysis Masterclass

In our Root Cause Analysis Masterclass, we take delegates through the basic lifecycle of uncovering the root cause of an issue.

By the end of our day-long workshop your delegates will be trained to identify the real root cause of a problem and stop working on fixing symptoms of an issue.

Our Masterclass includes a high level overview of the 8 Wastes and Value Stream Mapping before we move into powerful root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Cause & Effect diagram (aka Fishbone Diagram or Ishikawa diagram).
