Our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for Service course provides individuals and groups with an Introduction to all the tools and techniques of Lean Six Sigma Methodology. Delegates will learn how to deliver business improvement projects on the ground.

Delegates will be provided with all the tools they need to make a difference in the workplace, we even give them the templates we use to take away – for free.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

With a group of 6 or more people we offer our workplace training option. We will happily accommodate up to 12 people with no extra charge.

Our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course provides businesses with an Introduction and a readiness to all the tools and techniques of Lean Six Sigma Methodology. Delegates will learn how to deliver business improvement projects on the ground. Our consultants will provide all the software required and the way to use it on excel.

Our Black Belt course will deliver outstanding opportunities to deliver significant Customer Service improvements whilst reducing the cost to do so. We provide mentoring throughout the course and for a small fee can do so beyond the training as your business takes advantage of consultants experience to use the course as a launch pad for a series of improvement projects.

Our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course requires the completion and submission of a project at the end, to ensure the practical application of the learning is complete for delegates.
