8 Wastes Masterclass

Originally the 7 classic wastes, this day long workshop works through the 8 types of waste found in an organisation. We work through definitions and examples of each type of waste and workshop where examples of each type can be found in your organisation.

Delegates complete a simulation where the 8 wastes are all apparent so they can see the detrimental impact these wastes can have on performance.

We also work through a real life process (chosen by the organisation) at your workplace and the delegates use their newly found skills to identify all the wastes apparent. We also discuss next steps and best practices for attacking the waste and removing it.
