Typically, a Yellow Belt is not someone who runs a process improvement project – but they are definitely someone who would contribute to one.
Training course available as public or in-house. This course will give delegates a grounding in the basic methods and tools required to solve business problems at a team and operational level. The course focuses on the application of improvement methods including Lean and Six Sigma from a service perspective.
The course is aimed at those just starting to think about how Lean Six Sigma improvement activities can be undertaken. Perfect for all staff – providing them with a basic knowledge of improvement techniques enables them to help create a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
