In our day-long workshop, we explore effective data collection methods so you can understand where you time is going. We examine the contribution activities have to your day and the time that it takes up.
Lastly, we look at where you are using your time most effectively and where you are using your time least effectively.
Once we understand the problem, we can begin to work with you to create solutions that will work for you and give you better control of your time.
